1. Eligibility For Returns And Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival.
  • Missing Items: If an item you ordered is not included in your delivery.

Important: To qualify for a refund, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the product and packaging at the time of opening.

2. Reporting Issues

To initiate a return or refund request, please adhere to the following:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Return for any product should be done with in 5 working days
  • Document the unboxing process with a video that captures:
    • The unboxing of the product.
    • The condition of the item and packaging upon opening.
  • Contact our customer service team with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • The unboxing video as evidence

3. Refund Process

After you submit your request:

  1. Our team will review the video evidence and details provided.
  2. If your request is approved, we will process and credit the refund through the original payment method with in 7 working day.
  • Bank may take up to 14 working days to reflect refund transaction, Please contact your Bank for further details.

4. Non-Eligible Items

Please note that the following items do not qualify for return or refund:

  • All the product listed are not eligible for exchange, only refund or return is applicable.
  • Products that have been used or opened beyond initial inspection.
  • Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery.
  • Lack of proper unboxing evidence.

5. Shipping Costs

Refunds will cover the cost of the damaged or missing item only. We cannot reimburse shipping costs associated with the original purchase.
